morning everyone, i'm looking for a dual speed focuser for my skywatcher pro180. i'm a novice so don't know if i should be replacing the existing focuser or adding another to the diagonal. any thoughts or recommendations?

The Skynax Pro MCT focuses by moving the primary mirror so replacing the existing focuser may be difficult. Some MCT and SCT have aftermarket replacement dual speed focuser knobs but I don't think the Pro180 has that option. You can fit a dual speed crayford focuser for about £120.

You might want to try posting in the main section rather than your blog to get more responses.
