Unable to load flats using AS!2

Hello . 

I am a beginner when it comes to white light solar imaging and lately i read about taking 'flats' to improve image quality and i thought i'll give it a shot (hehe get it ? ... no? ... ok).

When i do it with a video that i haven't used Debayer on it works very well (see attached image) but when i try to do it with the Debayed version nothing happens. 

I made sure to run the flat AVI thorugh debayer aswell , i feel like i'm missing something obvious , any ideas ?
