Comet MASTER (C/2015 G2) - Suprise comet of the year maybe?

Comet MASTER is predicted to reach naked eye brightness in May. At the moment it seems to be brightening a bit faster than predicted.

Could this be the suprise comet of the year (for southern observers at least)?

Unfortunately it won't be visible in the Northern hemisphere until about September, by which time it's expected to be very faint. Still, hopefully our antipodean cousins will get a good look and some images.
