So was that the SpaceX Dragon ship chasing the ISS over the southern UK just now?

I've just been fettling 261 frames I shot of the ISS on 14th April and realised I had the shed key in my pocket, so I went up the garden to check it was locked.  As I walked up the garden, I thought "Hang on, what's that second Jupiter doing up there?".  I realised it was the ISS and stood watching it, and then realised there was another satellite trailing about 20 degrees behind it.
