I'm looking for a digital camera that meets the following specs, if you have any ideas, please let me know.

Shutter Speed (this is the main req): Preferably BULB Setting or >30s

Image Resolution: 3-6MP

Sensor: CCD

Price: <£80

Rear LCD screen

There's so many cameras on the market past and present, I don't know where to start,
