Telescope problems

Just to let you all know, I had a problem 2 days ago with my telescopes hand controller, the scope would not align and the screen kept on pixelating and was unreadable. I spoke with with Harrison Telescopes and they arranged a collection and delivery of a new scope which has arrived this morning. I would just say had fantastic and helpful they have been. I will definitely bee ordering from there again and would recommend them as a good supplier. Well done ED !!!

I can second that, Harrison supplied my scope, the wrong one turned up, so I phoned Ed at Harrison and he managed to arrange a pick up and replacement within 24 hours. Excellend customer service.
