EQ3 spares?

Hi all,

does anyone know if this is correct, The EQ3 mount that I got with my skywatcher yesterday seems to be wrong but im unsure,

The Date circle is held in place by the polarscope holder using a retaining ring, The R.A. setting circle doesnt sem to be held in place by anythingand is free to turn and is only held in when you screw in the polarscope holder to the mount itself.

Also there should be a small RA minute scale next to the setcrew,

this is missing can another one be purchsed from anywhere?

Is this asembly complete ?
