Max ADU value of Canon 10d

I've been trying to configure CCD commander to take automatic flats, but I don't know what I should set the target ADU value to, I believe it is supposed to be around half of the maximum.

The only hint of information I have found is a full well capacity of 44.200 e- can this value be translated to ADU?
