Baader Mark V vs Baader/Zeiss, help please

Hi,

Has anyone experience with both the current Baader Mark V binoviewer and the previous model (has on the front the line "optics and design by Carl Zeiss Jena).

I am aware that the older model comes with simple set screws, although people still seemed to be ok in terms of centring the eps.
