Upgrade to Skywatcher AZ GoTo

Hi - can anyone advise if the Skywatcher 130EM reflector is compatible with the AZ GoTo mount ?

You do have options here Hotspur. You can buy the AZ goto mount and take the tube off the eq mount and put it on the AZ. You may need to get a dovetail bar to attach the tube rings to the AZ unless the current one fits. And it would leave you with an eq mount to sell.

Alternatively you could sell the 130EM complete and put the money towards a new 130P AZ Goto telescope. This may be more cost effective for you.

What I would do is upgrade alltogether and go for a 150P if your budget allows.
