Nexstar slt mount, usb, leads, software help

Hi,

I have a nexstar slt mount and want to connect it to my laptop to control it.

My laptop is an acer 1 with usb only. what do I need, and what software do I need?

you will need one of the many cables either advertised on ebay or from a shop like this

USB Cable 93920 for Celestron NexStar PC connection 5m on eBay (end time 03-Nov-10 17:11:44 GMT)

If you start going too long you need a repeater due to voltage drop or something

The software comes with the scope when you purchase it if not I think it may be downloadable from the Celestron site
