Ron... went back through the Iridium predictions for my site on HA and it didnt predict anyhting but i agree that the symmetry would suggest a flaring satellite...

John... agreed rotating does give nice balance...I did a square crop yesterday and you had the pincushioning optical illusion effect on the edges of the frame...

Latest attempts to id the object...

Added inthe brightest 100 visual and still nothing.. will leave it till later and download one of the bigger catalogs from Spacetrack...
