newbie needs advice

hi just bought a telescope out of argos for 60 quid happy with it had a look at the moon and saturn but want advice on what eyepieces i need the telescope is 76mmx700mm opt magnification is x20 max magnification is x110,It is a newtonian reflector. i live on in the middle of a housing estate and use the balcony which has great views of the sky sadly also a lot of light pollution can anyone give me advice on some eyepiece and filter upgrades please
