waited all night for a wee glimps of the heavens. the clouds have gone, worth the wait. scopes coolling down, just checking stallarium for the biggies and im off, woo hoo wooo hoooo:hello2:

Just had a great session. I couldn't stop coughing by 2 am here, so I got up and noticed the skies ware clear. Got out, sneezed and coughed like hell for the next 2 hours but bagged another 13 Herschel 400 objects!

its so odd pvas, the clouds were thick all night except for a few sweet hours between 5 & 7 , now its as if they never parted at all, thick cloud again! i leave for center parcs tommorow and am unable to take a scope with me as where we are staying is practically in a forest, i`m assuming a higher power will take this oppertunity to sweep away the clouds and expose none stop beautifully clear nights for the next five days!!!!!!

that said, the rerst of the astronomy world(or a least GB)should benifit from my ironic punnishment:icon_confused: hope so anyway.... ttfn
