cleaning a scopes optics

hi all just a quick post here .

which is the best way to clean my scopes optics its a meade 125ext ,thanks all for any comments regards , martyn

An ETX shouldn't need a lot of cleaning. Just blow dust off using a bulb type blower. If the outside of the corrector plate has got badly soiled due to condensation, leave it to dry then polish with a very soft, scrupulously clean cloth - an ancient handkerchief or a microfibre cloth of they type sold for cleaning spectacles.
