Autostakkert not opening 'frames' window

Hi All,

Has anyone else experienced this / have a solution!?

When I open a file (SER video), it's open in the main window (can run analyse etc), but it doesn't open the 2nd window (frames) so I can't select the AP's etc!

It was working fine for a few days before this occured.

I had the same problem before & resolved by uninstalling / re-installing. Which I can try again, but don't want to have to re-install every time I use the program!

I have seen this if AS! hangs during processing or gets closed while processing. I just reinstalled as a workaround, but it doesn't seem too frequently

Thanks for your reply Agnes. I've reinstalled again, which has fixed the problem for now!

I have had this happen rarely. I simply close and reopen the app and that seems to fix it. I have also had it happen and when I drag and drop the image file that has prompted the second window to open.
