Celestron omni 32mm

Why can I get an celestron omni 32mm eyepiece on Ebay brand new for £24 when they are normally £80.

I've no idea but I have one that I use for outreach and think it's decent for what it is and what it costs.

It's coming from China (up to a month for delivery). They say you can return within 30 days, but it's at your own cost for postage. 

If you look at the seller's other items, they sell everything! Teeth whitening, ear plugs, phone chargers.... So I guess this is all dodgy stuff straight from the factories.

You might have to pay VAT at customs, plus a £10 charge - which could add on another £20
