The worst seeing conditions last night and a bank of unexpected clouds came over that prevented any imaging however, I always want to take a capture of something, even if it’s a ROI snap in between the breaks.

Brave man for trying !  I know that feeling well - you're all set up, the weather doesn't play ball, and you just have to image something !  A double star is as good a target as any.
