Strange image tearing anomaly in lunar imaging

While last night was a good night for me on two occasions there were weird anomalies happening, which for some unknown reason went away in the subsequent videos. Evoguide 50ED, ASI224mc, Az GTi, Sharpcap. Be grateful for any ideas.

As I just came in from taking pictures of the moon thru APM UFF30mm ( don't ask...) I can only think at one thing: a glitch in the Matrix...

That is some sort of issue with data transfer.

Images are often read bottom up from sensor - and at one point, communication was interrupted or something happened, and instead of subsequent "scan line" being sent - last one was repeated - probably because it remained in "receive buffer" (no need to clean it since it will be overwritten with next line - but as it happened, next line did not arrive).
