New Celestron Nexstar Evolution 8 won’t slew

I just bought a new Celestron Nexstar Evolution 8 and have been using it for a few nights and its worked perfectly but tonight while using it it stopped slewing, I could still use Go-to and align and the Scope would move but when I would use the arrow buttons on my tablet I got no response, I checked to make sure it wasn’t locked and it wasn’t so I have no idea what could be wrong, since Go- to and align still work I don’t think it’s a issues with the gears or motors and because those commands were sent from my tablet I don’t think its the wifi either I am at a loss. Any ideas or help from anyone more knowledgeable would be greatly appreciated.

In these situations, the simplest explanation is usually the correct one, is the slew speed set to its lowest in the app? GoTo etc would still work as normal, but the movement with the arrow keys would be almost imperceptible.
