A follow up target from the Heart Nebula I did a few weeks ago:

 

Still getting the odd flats issue with the 294MC however which I'll have to try and sort out.

I know you're using a RASA and I have refractors, but I now mostly use gain of 200 and offset of 30 with my ASI294MC Pro. This is whether imaging with the dual-band filter or just a UV/IR cut. My flats are normally around 0.35s exposure for broadband & 1.2s for NB, which seems to work fine. No over or under correction and no strange colour gradients.

Thanks, I did find a topic last night which mentioned the higher gain setting of more than 190, though they did also mention they still need to be long seconds long flats. I will try this next time. It is a great camera otherwise and works okay with the hyperstar, I wouldn't discredit yet that because the sensor is too large for it which could also be contributing to the issue I'm having.
