ioptron skyguide pro ipolar .

Hi, ( my first post) 

   I have bought a sky guide ioptron  with ipolar  camera   and connecting to a new laptop I have downloaded referance  to the www.ioptron 3339 _ioptronipolar.exe 

 but cannot get the camera to connect ?? 

 any help to correct this please
