Instructions/Manual for operating the Mintron 12V6

Hi;

I just got the Mintron 12V6 and the instructions with the camera are lacking detail as to the functiuon of each control. I was interested in the Options control which had a sub menu that had a control called Field and freeze and am not sure how to freeze an image.

Is there a more detailed manual available??
