Plans For Binocular Parallelogram Mount?

Hi,

If anyone can help, I'm trying to find some plans for a self-build aluminium parallelogram mount that would be suitable for my Helios Apollo 22x85 binoculars.  I remember seeing a few a couple of years back in a few different places around the net but it looks like they've all disappeared, as has the manufacturer 'Universal Astronomics' :( .  I can't really afford the Orion (USA) heavy duty p-mount, I can't remember it's name from memory but as I already have a couple of suitable heavyweight tripods, I don't want to have to pay out for the tripod that's included with the Orion mount.  I think self-made will work out better and cheaper.  Any plans or links to them would be very much appreciated.  All the best to y'all!
