HEQ5 Pro Connected to computer but not working

So the first clear night in over a month, I bring my mount out and find its not working. Its connected to the computer and the LED light is on on the HEQ5 mount. However, when I tried to slew to a target it just says slewing... in APT but nothing is happening. Also, theres no noise coming from the mount. Normally there is a high pitched sound even when stationary. What is going on?
