Galaxy clarity and stacking issue

I have captured M83 and NGC253 and noticed they both have a similar look.

They look a little soft and really noisy. I have narrowed it down to a couple of things. Would anyone know what it could likely be?

- Focus
- Filters (31mm ZWO LRGB)
- Seeing conditions (obvious)
- Light pollution (obvious)

I am out in the suburbs. Have taken a nice picture of the Trifid Nebula which came out really good (maybe it's because I am capturing different wavelength of light?).

Have attached two photos to show.

Also, the third photo when I stack my RGB channels in PixInsight it comes out Green. Automatic Background Extractor removes it but anyone know why it goes totally green?
