First Mars for over 3 weeks

After 3 weeks of incessant cloud and rain finally got a decent view of Mars last night.

The attached photo was taken at approximately 23.00 BST on 22.10.20. from a movie file with my Canon 6D digital SLR using eyepiece projection through my 14in Newtonian, and processed using PIPP, Registax, and Lightroom.

The image size was limited due using a full frame digital SLR, but it does show Aurorae Sinus, and Solis Lacus quite nicely, the latter appeared quite prominent visually about an hour later, especially through my Esprit 150.
