I have a JMI -NGFS focuser which is ill

Hi I have a NGFS JMI auto focuser and I am struggling to find a specific  drawing  or dismantling information as something in mine is not working locked up but I am unsure what is wrong my box supplies +- 8 v but the focuser doesn't move . I removed the motor  cover and the allen bolt and the tubes slide ok but the motor wont power the gearbox . Is there anywhere that sows you how to get this apart to look for example to see if gearbox is jammed.

I notice there is a little allen screw at one end will this get rod out please?

Well yes the little screw was loctite in but it got the shaft and the motor disconnected from the tubes. The motor will not turn the gearbox  does anyone know what to try next please . It looks like on the back the gear box back is peened over in several places to hold it in . Does the motor unscrew . There are dabs of loctite under it which look like they are holding it.

I understand this unit is discontinued by JMI but I have to wonder if it can be fixed as it has not had much use. Has anyone had one further apart than this please ?

Does anyone know how to get motor off from it is it screwed on from inside of gearbox?

Does anyone know what the motor specs are ?
