Neximage 10 not recognized in Icap

Hello everyone,

im quite new to the hobby and am having no luck connecting my neximage 10 to iCap.  I a, running windows 10 and in device manager it shows up properly as the neximage 10 however when starting icap it says no device found.  I’ve been searching for hours for a remedy but no luck.

please help!
