Astro Photography Tool Won't Record CCD Sensor Temp in File Name

Hoping someone can help. When I connect my starlight xpress SXVF-M25C to APT and take a shot, APT doesn't record the sensor temperature in the image file name. This used to work fine with my old canon 1100d. I have checked in the settings and using the cooling aid it shows N/A for current CCD Temp. I assume the CCD is cooling because it heats up. Going to be a bit tricky this as not knowing what the sensor temperature is I won't be able to match my darks with my subs. Scratching my head here a bit.
