Hi All,

Can anybody advise me on these scopes:- :help:

Meade LX75 8/10" Schmidt Newtonian OTA

Celestron C80/100 ER Refractor OTA

If does anyone own or has owned one or more of the above or knows of any decent reviews please could you let me have any comments or information.

Is the Meade 10" at at portable :D , obviously it is big but is it very heavy with it? and how do you think it would compare to the new Maksutov-Newtonian from Skywatcher for both visual and astro-photography.

Plus many thanks to those who replied to my earlier post regarding telescope choice I am listening and still reading up as much as I can, again thanks :hello1:
