Dew strip size confusion

A dew strip came with some 2nd hand kit I've just bought, but I'm confused about what size scope it fits. Measuring just the active heated section, its 41cm, I've tried it on my 130pds and its sightly too small so I'm thinking this is for a 4" scope. But looking at the size chart on the FLO website for their astrozap dew strips, a dew strip for a 4" scope measures 35cm. What size scope does mine fit, assume its 4" and if so why is mine longer than FLO says theirs it?
