Hi I did a belt modification some 8 months ago, on my NEQ6 Pro, before the modification I star aligned the mount and when I went to an object I wanted to see, and no problems the object was near the middle of my eyepiece, one I modified the mount and star aligned it I found the object I was looking for was not in the field of view of the eyepiece, I have also notice that when I have found the object, and am imaging it with a guide scope it still driff's slightly, I am now considering removing the belts and going back to gears.
