Does anybody know,if this even exists, if so where....??

i have a few 36mm unmounted filters, and rather than buy new 2" versions and sell these I wondered  if the above adapter is available, I could go down the route of a filter drawer but not before I have exhausted this idea, if they are not available, and as I have a spare empty 2" filter cell, could anybody 3D print a 36mm filter holder for this  2" cell..... :)
