Getting the Sun's "angle" right (revisit)

WARNING: "Contains images" (ONE... sort-of anyway!) :p

Noting previous (useful!) advice to: "Compare with GONG"
http://halpha.nso.edu/ I was revisiting the general idea...

The following (Javascript) gives me a current Solar TILT?
http://www.nature1st.net/bogan/astro/sun/sunspots.html
Rounded value about -25.8 Degrees! (N.B. Minus sign) ;)

Provided I have setup my (Equatorially mounted) scope
with all "square bits aligned" and then rotate the image
(anti-clockwise) by about 26 degrees it should be right?

And seemingly is! :D -- Aussie Gong notwithstanding! :evil4:
(Their image was actually the pick of the daily bunch)

I am not surprised to see some departure from the Gong
angle... Differences in Time... Errors in eyeball setting up!
But hoping my Basic Understanding is right? Can anyone
confirm / deny the "-26 deg" (currently)? My thinking? :)
