Rawhead,

I would have thought it would power up your TAL scope, however, you need to find the Wattage rating of your scope's motor.

As you can see, the Power Inverter delivers 150Watts, so it depends on the "wattage" of your TAL motor.

Can you see on the motor (or in the scopes instruction book) the rating of the motor?

I think the wattage is OK.

The Tal uses an AC motor and I believe this relies on the properties of the AC feed to regulate the motors speed (???)

I’m not sure whether an AC motor would be compatible with this Inverter? :hello2:
