Can you identify this mount ?

new to stargazers lounge. do anyone know what this old egm is.all I know about it is that it carried  a 4" japonese refractor I have taken some photos for any one to examine. thanking you in anticipation. goose90.

Hi and welcome to SGL

It looks very much like an EQ3 supplied by Optical Hardware. I am not sure who makes them but I have a similar one that came with a Visionary Mira Ceti 150 reflector. Unfortunately they are a budget mount so the quality is not as good as the premium brands. That said they are adaquate for visual observing with a small scope. Hope this helps.
