Pulsar dome help

Does anyone know how to reset the calibration on the new Rigel dome rotation drives supplied with Pulsar domes? My angle display is completely out of sync with the actual rotation speed of the dome.  Any help would be great, thanks

After some more runs of the calibration routine it finally sorted itself out, only to find that my Lakeside focuser decided to refuse to move in and out and just give a little judder instead!
