AstroTortilla Installation help

Hi guy's I've been recommended AstroTortilla and I have found it a little tricky to understand how to install it. I am sitting on the Index Selection bit. 

1.06° x 0.7° This is my FOV. - Skywatcher 200P (1200mm / 200mm) / Cannon 1100D 

I'm stuck on what index file I should be selecting. I have tried reading http://lightvortexastronomy.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/tutorial-imaging-setting-up-and-using.html but still find it a little difficult. any help would be appreciated.
