Celestron SynGuider??

I have a SkyWatcher SynGuider.  It's in a SynGuider box.  Yesterday I noticed that when it starts up, it says "Celestron NexGuide v1.1"!

Some googling shows that these are probably the same physical device in different coloured bodies.  Should I be worried?  Should I try flashing the "correct" firmware to it?  Does anyone else have a SynGuider with v1.1 firmware and does it say SkyWatcher or Celestron on it?
