CCD

After using Canon 40D for three years I wish to get a CCD but due to my bad colour blindness I want a one shot colour camera I have a Atik Titan I use as a Guider. I have practiced with this camera. I would like the same or Near Chip Size. Any ideas I would like to pay as little as possible.

look here i have just done a comparison between the eos 1100d and the atick 383l mono chip size on the moon.
