wide view eye piece for wo zenith star 71?

What would be the widest eye piece i could use for wide sweeping views on the above scope?

I heard celestron plossels are good?

Also do i need a 2" diagonal for that scope or can i use a 1.25 and just use 1.25 eye pieces?

The largest FOV you could get would be the Vixen 42mm LVW (2"), and that would give you a whopping 7.23 degrees. The largest FOV you could get in a 1.25" format would be either a 32mm Plossl or 24mm 68 degree eyepiece giving you 3.9 degrees.

For your third question, you only need a 2" diagonal if you are going to use 2" eyepieces, if you are only going to use 1.25" eyepieces it is better to get the smaller diagonal because you will save a lot of money and weight (there is quite a significant difference in size between the two).
