Prime Focus photography using a Paracorr

I thought I might try my hand at AP on my dob using my EQ Platform, and as I have a Paracorr I thought I should use it as well. I have the necessary adapters to insert my canon 450dslr into the Paracorr but I don't know what setting to set the tuneable top.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Doh, just found and read the paracorr instructions, the lens assembly unscrews and attaches to the T ring adapter.
