Eclipse from 3rd Nov 13.

We where off the coast of Oman, so watched the event for around 20 minutes. Sadly it set it got a " bigger bite taken out.

   Canon 550D and 400mm f5.6 lens, unfiltered.

Very cool. I like the color of the first one. Gives it an ominous appearance. I've never witnessed an eclipse in person before, though after getting involved in astronomy and astrophotography I definitely hope to change that.

I've seen quite a few at sea now. My closest was 87%, actually here at home in 1997. (?)
