Mortislock Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Hi i would like to know what i would need to connect my Nikon D5100 to any standard telescope?I have a small cheap one just now and it gives me good detail of the Moon and would like to take some pics what do i needAlso will the connection be able to use on a bigger scope as i am saving for a nice Newtonian Any advice greatly apreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mortislock Posted November 20, 2013 Author Share Posted November 20, 2013 Im only using a cheap small refractor just now was going to spend the money on a new scope but thought i had better put it on the camera first so thats where it wentI am looking at one of the skywatcher reflectors for my first real scope im looking to start taking images of the moon to start and sort of work my way out over time upgrading scope and camera as i gothanks for the liks i will be getting hold of these soon so may post some pics up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
