CG5 Advanced GT RA motor failure

My RA motor has stopped working on my CG5 mount. Swapping th RA DEC motor connectors shows that it isn't the PCB as the DEC motor works on both connectors.

Looking at the motor (see photo) a red led indicates it is getting power and the four lines on the connector appear to be ok.  However there are two wires going into the side of the motor.  The one position at the top of the photo appears bent and floppy however wiggling it has no effect.

Do these wires "pull off"?  I have had a couple of gentle tugs but nothing happens.

Any other ideas?

Bought a replacement motor unit thanks to Lee of Greenwitch and Celestron UK.  All working now
