I've had a torrid time with the weather and work related travel that meant for over 6 months I did not do any imaging at all. So back in May I got one good evening and found I have forgotten most of the set-up and procedures. Stuggled with autoguiding. polar alignment and just about everything. Eventually got 7 x 5 mins luminance on the Leo Triplet with Equinox 80ED and Atik 314L+ combination between cloud episodes.

The result is here with some high pass filtering to bring out the structure.

Not a great image, but just so damn glad to get anything at all.
