First Astro Event - IAS this weekend!!!!!

So very excited - never been to anything astronomy related at all where there has been anyone other than me!

Really can't wait - I can only get there for the Saturday afternoon as I have an exam tomorrow and another on Saturday morning, but the minute I finish it's off down the motorway for what is genuinely the most exciting day this year!

So do people tend to go to these shows time and again, or is it more of an occasional thing?

Between this, SGL, Kelling Heath and AstroFest, it seems there's actually more of a social aspect to this hobby than I realised!
