pulsar91
Hey guys,I've had a quite old Bousch and Lomb telescope. Here are some detailesProfessional 200-200x4.5" (F/7.9)1.25" optical format.Astronomical reflector telescope.4.5" (114mm) aluminized, overcoated primary mirror.2x barlowhttp://www.gunaccessories.com/BauschLomb/Telescopes/Professional780200.jpgThe mount of this telescope is broken and some screws are lost. So the telescope isn't stable while viewing. Sometimes it falls to one side while viewing even with the counter weights. I want to ask, can the optical tube be attached to any mount? Even if the mounts are made from other companies like Skywatchers etc.And can anyone advice me some mounts under $400. Computeriuzed or non-computerized.Thanks
nephilim
Using tube rings the scope will fit any type of mount, the EQ2 would be fine http://www.harpersphoto.co.uk/product/skywatcher_eq2_equatorial_mount_tripod_447_/Steve
