Image Source Cameras

I have just taken delivery of an Image Source CCD camera (DMK21AU618.AS). I lodaded the software on my laptop, connected the camera and disater...total system crash and the dreaded 'blue screen of death'. Oh no....my new toy won't work. A vist to the Image Source website and I find a form to report problems and ask questions. The form was well designed and asked all the questions they needed to sort the problem so I filled it out and sent it off. The answer came back from a nice chap named Stephan in Germany within just over an hour the next working day. I was offered a solution (which worked first time) and a detailed explaination of what the problem was. Great service! :grin:
